摘  要:为了实现能源动力类卓越创新型新工科人才的培养目标,将新工科理念融入能源动力类校企协同育人实践环节中,建立了新工科理念下的校企协同育人管理运行机制,将创新实践与协同育人融会贯通,建立了“三段-四环节”的能源动力类实践教学体系,发挥校企协同育人在实践教学体系中的作用;修订了校企协同育人的实践教学内容,从实践项目、实践课程、竞赛指导三方面着手,突出了协同育人的综合性和系统性,切实将新工科理念与能源动力类校企协同相融合,对培养有创新理念、创新思维、创新能力的卓越创新型新工科人才有促进作用。In order to achieve the training goal of excellent and innovative new engineering talents for the industry of energy and power,the new engineering concept is integrated into the practice link of school-enterprise collaborative education,the management and operation mechanism of school-enterprise collaborative education under the new engineering concept is established,the innovation practice and collaborative education are fused,and the practical teaching system of“three-four-link”for energy and power class is established,which play the role of school-enterprise cooperative education in the practical teaching system.The practical teaching content of school-enterprise collaborative education has been revised,and the comprehensive and systematic nature of collaborative education has been highlighted from the three aspects of practical projects,practical courses and competition guidance,and the new engineering concept has been effectively integrated with the school-enterprise collaboration of energy and power,so as to cultivate outstanding innovative new engineering talents with innovative ideas,innovative thinking and innovative ability.
