摘 要:知识协同视角下科教融汇是指科教系统内部各子系统相互作用、协调配合,进而实现科技和教育“1+1>2”协同效应的知识创新过程。在这个过程中,存在知识获取、知识传播、知识整合和知识应用等四个相互衔接的知识流动动态循环路径。面对科教融汇存在的知识生产反哺教学作用不强、管理体制机制不健全、知识应用效应不明显等问题,需要加强科研教学双向耦合,推进学校育人模式革新;健全科教融汇系统结构,完善科教融汇机制;提高科研成果转换能力,拓展多元转化渠道。From the perspective of knowledge collaboration,the integration of science and education refers to the process of knowledge innovation in which the subsystems within the science and education system interact and coordinate to achieve a synergistic effect greater than the sum of its parts.In this process,there are four dynamic circulation paths of knowledge flow,including knowledge acquisition,dissemination,integration and application.Faced with challenges such as weak effect of knowledge production upon teaching,imperfect management systems and mechanisms,and limited impact of knowledge application in science and education integration,it is necessary to strengthen two-way coupling between scientific research and teaching while promoting the innovation of education modes,improve the structure of the integration system of science and education as well as its mechanisms,and enhance the transforming ability of scientific achievements through diversified channels.
