金融学本科专业人才培养目标设定研究——基于国内24所院校培养方案的文本分析

摘  要:对金融学本科专业人才培养目标的研究能有效促进金融人才的培养。文章选取24所高校金融学本科专业人才培养方案,采用文本分析的方法对人才培养目标进行统计分析,发现我国高校金融学本科专业人才培养目标的设定存在人文性弱化、区分度不高、滞后性突出三个主要问题。针对上述问题提出三点优化建议:以人为本,促进全面和谐发展;综合考量,突出院校比较特色;着眼未来,满足时代发展需求。The relevant research on the training objectives of finance undergraduates can effectively promote the training of financial talents.This paper selects 24 university finance undergraduate talent training programs,uses the text analysis method to make a statistical analysis of talent training objectives,and finds that there are three main problems in the setting of finance undergraduate talent training objectives in Chinese universities,namely,the weakening of humanity,the low degree of differentiation,and the prominent lag.In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward three optimization suggestions,including focusing on people-oriented development to promote the comprehensive and harmonious growth,conducting comprehensive considerations to highlight the distinctive characteristics of each universities,and focusing on future needs to meet the demands of contemporary development.
