简化版欧洲健康素养调查问卷的汉化及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:将简化版欧洲健康素养调查问卷(the 16-item of European Health Literacy Survey Questionnaire,HLS-EU-Q16)进行汉化,并检验其信效度。方法:遵循Brislin翻译原则对HLS-EU-Q16问卷进行翻译及回译,形成中文版HLS-EU-Q16问卷。选取192名调查对象进行问卷调查,以验证量表的信效度。结果:中文版HLS-EU-Q16包括3个维度、16个条目。量表条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)均为1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI)为1.000,Cronbach'sα系数为0.923,重测信度为0.918。中文版HLS-EU-Q16得分与健康素养简要筛查问卷得分的Pearson相关系数为0.631。结论:中文版HLS-EU-Q16具有良好的信效度,可用于测量我国成人的健康素养水平。Objective:To translate the 16-item of European Health Literacy Survey Questionnaire(HLS-EU-Q16)into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:According to the Brislin translation principle,the Chinese version of HLS-EU-Q16 was formed.A total of 192 respondents were selected for the questionnaire survey to test its reliability and validity.Results:The Chinese version of HLS-EU-Q16 included 3 dimensions and 16 items.The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)were 1.000,and the scale-level content validity index(S-CVI)was 1.000.The Cronbach´sαcoefficient was 0.923,and the retest reliability was 0.918.The Pearson correlation coefficient between the score of the Chinese version of HLS-EU-Q16 and the score of the Chinese version of Brief Health Literacy Screen was 0.631.Conclusions:The Chinese version of HLS-EU-Q16 has good reliability and validity,and it can be used to measure the level of adult health literacy in China.
