“课-赛-研”融合式教学改革与实践——以《植物生物技术导论》课程为例

摘  要:《植物生物技术导论》是一门针对农林类高校植物学、林学、农学、园艺学等专业本科生的专业必修课程。传统教学模式主要为“课堂学习+课后作业+期末考试”,已无法满足当前创新型与应用型大学生的培养目标。随着生物技术的快速发展,传统教学模式培养的人才在创新能力和知识更新方面存在不足,以往的“教-学-考”模式已无法满足日新月异的生物技术行业需求。基于此,本文提出一种“课-赛-研”融合式教学模式,旨在通过将课程教学与学科竞赛、科研项目相结合,培养学生成为“懂理论、会思考、能研发、富创新、有情怀、善协作”的新时代“三农”人才。“Introduction to Plant Biotechnology”is a compulsory course for undergraduates majoring in botany,forestry,agronomy and horticulture in agriculture and forestry universities.The traditional teaching form is mainly“classroom learning+homework+final examination”.This cultivating model has been unable to meet the current training objectives of innovative and applied college students.With the rapid development of biotechnology,the talents trained by the traditional curriculum content and teaching mode lack the ability of innovation and knowledge acquisition.For the ever-changing biotechnology field,the previous“teaching-learning-examination”model has been unable to meet the industry needs.Based on this,a“course-competition-research”integrated teaching model was proposed to train students to become“Agriculture,rural areas and farmers”talents in the new era with“understanding theory,thinking,research,innovation,feeling,and cooperation”.
