现代学徒制在职业院校教学改革中的应用与探索——以滁州职业技术学院博西华班为例

摘  要:现代学徒制是一种新型的校企合作的人才培养模式,在深入理解其内涵的基础上,结合滁州职业技术学院机电一体化专业的实际情况进行了实践探索,从教师、教材、政策三个方面进行改革,有效提升了学生的实践动手能力。学生在寒暑假期间会进入工厂轮岗实习,进一步锻炼了学生的实践动手能力,毕业后学徒制班级的学生享有订单企业的优先聘用权。试点班的结果表明,现代学徒制实现了学生、学校和企业三者共赢的局面,未来将继续在其他专业中推广。Modern apprenticeship system is a new type of talent cultivation model for school-enterprise cooperation.Based on a deep understanding of its connotation,practical exploration has been made in combination with the actual situation of the electromechanical integration major at Chuzhou Polytechnic.Teaching reforms have been carried out from the aspects of teachers,textbooks,and policies,effectively improving students'practical skills.During winter and summer vacations,students enter factories for rotational internships,further enhancing their practical skills.After graduation,students in apprenticeship classes will have the priority to be hired by order companies.The results of the pilot class indicate that the modern apprenticeship system has achieved a win-win situation for students,schools,and enterprises,and will continue to be promoted to other majors in the future.
