摘　　要：[目的/意义]在“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛背景下,探究美国外交智库涉华相关话语的主题和情感演变,为我国应对国际舆论挑战提供情报参考。[方法/过程]通过python爬取美国外交智库“外交关系委员会”官网相关涉华文本,构建LDA算法模型提取文本主题,确定不同阶段的关注焦点;并基于评价系统框架,运用Vader库和Random Forest模型分别进行粗细粒度情感分析,捕捉涉华议题的立场演变。[结果/结论]智库涉华话语聚焦政治外交、经贸金融、全球治理等话题,虽然总体情感积极,但隐含对“一带一路”倡议潜在动机的消极判断,从肯定其经贸成就,到捏造其“投机行为—扩张野心—合作陷阱”的身份演变,总体体现了“傲慢—强硬—审慎”三阶段的变化规律。[Purpose/significance]In the context of the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation,this paper explores the theme and sentiment evolution of U.S.diplomatic think tank’s China-related discourse,so as to provide intelligence reference for China to respond to the challenge of the world opinion.[Method/process]By extracting China-related texts from website of the Council on Foreign Relations using python,the study conducts the Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)modelling to extract text topics and clarify the focus at different stages.Based on the appraisal framework,the study conducts coarse-grained and fine-grained sentiment analysis by using Vader library and Random Forest algorithm to explore the evolution of emotional tendencies towards China on China-related issues.[Result/conclusion]The China-related discourse focuses on political diplomacy,economic and trade finance,global governance and other topics.The discourse mainly presents positive emotions,but implies negative judgment on potential motives of the Belt and Road initiatives.From affirming its economic and trade achievements to fabricating its identity evolution of“speculative behavior,expansion ambition,and cooperation trap”,the overall change pattern of“arrogance,toughness and prudence”is reflected.
