摘 要:百年大计,教育为本。教育的关键在教师。高校教师承担着培养社会主义建设者和接班人的重要使命,是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的重要力量。青年教师作为地方高校的主要教学和科研储备力量,决定了一所高校发展的水平和质量。因此,在新时代视域下提升高等教育质量的第一关便是如何实现青年教师的成长。通过对地方工科高校青年教师的现状进行分析,总结了高校青年教师成长路径的战略机制,并以郑州某工科高校的具体经验做法为例,探讨了有效实现高校青年教师队伍发展的具体路径。Education is the foundation of national development in the long run.The key to education lies in teachers.College teachers are the backbone of the Chinese Dream,and they have an important role to play in cultivating the builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Young teachers,as the main reserve force of teaching and scientific research in local universities,determine the level and quality of a university’s development.Therefore,how to realize the growth of young teachers is the most important factor to improve the level of higher education in the new era.Based on the analysis of the present situation of young teachers in local engineering colleges,this paper sums up the strategic mechanism of the growth path of young teachers in colleges and universities,and taking the experience and practice of a certain engineering college in Zhengzhou as an example,it probes into how to effectively realize the growth path of young teachers in colleges and universities.
