摘 要:以普通高中健美操课程为研究对象,采用文献研究法和行动研究法对新课标背景下的普通高中健美操课内外一体化教学进行了创新性发展研究。研究认为,课内外一体化教学发展应以立德树人为根本任务,坚持“健康第一”教育理念,以“保障基础、关注融合、培养专长、形成习惯”为目标,围绕目标统领,构建内外结合的“2+X”的课内外一体化教学创新发展体系,并从内外结合、行动研究和评估调整三个维度提出课内外一体化教学实施的保障措施。The article focuses on the curriculum of gymnastics in regular high schools,employing a literature review and action research methods to conduct innovative development research on integrated teaching of gymnastics in and out of class in the context of the new curriculum standards.The research suggests that the development of integrated teaching should be guided by the principles of“health first”and“moral character education”,with the objective of“ensuring the basics,promoting integration,fostering expertise,and forming habits”.It centers around the overarching objective and establishes a“2+X”integrated teaching innovation framework that combines internal and external elements.Additionally,it proposes safeguarding measures for implementing integrated teaching through three dimensions:internal-external integration,action research,and assessment adjustments.
