摘 要:通过融合OBE理念与混合式教学,契合大健康产业的发展需要,基于中医理论、中药应用,结合现阶段对食疗药膳的养生诉求,通过分析“食疗本草与养生”课程教学现状,顺应通识教育核心课创新建设革新的发展走向,对课程进行了全新的设计与建设。采用线上+线下教学资源,构建了“三阶+四化+三省”的混合教学模式过程教学实践及循环改进提升的优化建设路径,旨在培养学生中医药观念和养生理念,建立良好的生活习惯,完成自我塑造;促进中医药理论、本草食疗和养生知识及理念的传承与创新。By integrating Outcome-based Education(OBE)concept and hybrid teaching mode,meeting the development needs of the big health industry,considering the health care demands based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the application of traditional Chinese medicine at this stage,through the analysis of the current teaching situation of the course Inheritance and Innovation:Dietary Materia Medica and Health Preservation,conforming to the development trend of innovation,construction and innovation of General education core courses,the curriculum was designed and constructed.This paper adopts online and offline teaching resources to construct a“three stage,four-modernizations,and three stages of sharing and reflection”mixed teaching model,optimizing the process of teaching practice and cycle improvement.This helps to cultivate students’concepts of traditional Chinese medicine and health preservation,thereby establishing good lifestyle habits and completing self shaping,and promote the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine theory,herbal dietary therapy,and health preservation knowledge and concepts.
