摘 要:选用产葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)的黑曲霉菌株H-01为诱变出发菌株,经ARTP-NTG复合诱变后,筛选出1株酶活力提高46%的突变株HAN-40。在酶解条件:温度40℃,料液质量体积比1∶5,GOD添加量5 U/g,酶解时间24 h,突变株HAN-40较原始菌株所产GOD对花生粕中AFB1降解率提高了35%,达到92%。Aspergillus niger strain H-01,which produces glucose oxidase(GOD),was selected as the mutation strain.After the combined mutation of ARTP-NTG,a mutant strain named HAN-40 was selected.The enzyme activity of GOD produced by HAN-40 increased by 46%,which was higher than that of the original strain.Under the enzymolysis conditions:40℃,the mass volume ratio of solid to liquid 1∶5,GOD dosage 5 U/g,the enzymolysis time 24 h,the degradation rate of AFB1 in peanut meal of GOD produced by mutant HAN-40 increased by 35%compared with the original strain.And the degradation rate of AFB1 in peanut meal reached to 92%.
