摘　　要：近年来,高职院校毕业生就业压力很大。为了提高毕业生就业质量,帮助毕业生充分就业,使用SWOT对高职院校毕业生就业情况进行分析,并针对其中的就业劣势与威胁,提出更明朗、有效的应对策略:努力提升学生自身实力;构建就业帮扶联盟;政校行企“四级联动”帮扶就业。In recent years,the employment pressure of graduates from higher vocational colleges has been enormous.SWOT analysis is used to analyze the employment situation of higher vocational college graduates and to propose clearer and more effective coping strategies for employment weaknesses and threats.Graduates from vocational colleges should vigorously enhance their own capabilities.In order to improve the quality of employment of graduates and help them to be fully employed,the higher vocational colleges should establish a mentors alliance for employment assistance,and the government,higher vocational colleges,industries,and enterprises should also work together to form a"four level linkage"to help graduates find employment.
