高职学生职业核心素养提升研究——基于校企文化互融视角

摘  要:随着高等职业教育不断发展,高职学生培养模式也在不断发展变化,高职学生职业核心素养提升一直是高职院校人才培养的重点。以校企文化互融为视角,分析目前高职院校学生职业核心素养培养存在的问题、成因及意义,并从共建教学团队、设立实习基地、举办企业文化活动、开展校企合作项目、建立校企合作交流平台等方面,提出了提升高职学生职业核心素养的策略。With the continuous development of higher vocational education,the training mode for higher vocational college students has undergone changes.However,the enhancement of vocational core literacy of higher vocational college students has always been the focus of talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges.Taking the perspective of the integration of school-enterprise culture,this paper analyzes the current problems,causes,and significance of cultivating vocational core competencies among higher vocational college students.Strategies for improving higher vocational core competencies among higher vocational college students are proposed from the aspects of co-establishing teaching teams,establishing internship bases,organizing corporate cultural activities,carrying out school-enterprise cooperation projects,and establishing school-enterprise cooperation exchange platforms.
