中西部县域“研究院+集团校”区域教育模式的路径探索——以B大学支持J县集团校项目实践为例

摘  要:在中西部县域系统推广集团化办学的学校改进路径,是基础教育改革的重要实践。中西部县域集团化办学存在着以“县中塌陷”与“人才流失”为特征的县域教育资源流失风险,以“超级中学”聚拢资源为特征的区域教育资源配置失衡问题,以集团学校课堂教学“松散”与“隐匿”为特征的质量差距等诸多困境。在关系主义视角与文化资本视角叠合的理论支撑下,B大学与J县构建了“研究院+集团校”为特色的集团化办学模式,以教育专业下沉支持新建校联合后发校共同发展,优化区域师生市场生态;以回归人才成长规律塑造耐心资本文化,投资在地师资造血系统;打通理论实践场域运行平台,以催化优质教育资源跨区域共享等方式,推动集团化办学的“研究院+集团校”办学模式创新发展,有效回应集团化办学的挑战。It is an important practice of basic education to promote the improvement path of collectivized schools in the county system in the central and western regions.There are still many dilemmas in the collectivization of county schools in the central and western regions,such as the risk of loss of educational resources at the county level characterized by"county collapse"and"brain drain",the imbalance in the allocation of regional educational resources characterized by the gathering of resources by"super middle schools",and the poor quality of classroom teaching in group schools.With the theoretical support of the overlapping perspective of relationalism and the perspective of cultural capital,university B and county J have constructed a collectivized school-running model with"research institute+group school"as a typical example,and supported the new school to cooperate with the post-development school with the sinking of education majors,so as to optimize the regional teacher and student market ecology.To return to the law of talent growth to shape patient cultural capital,invest in the local teacher hematopoietic system;It has opened up the operation platform of the theoretical and practical field,catalyzed the cross-regional sharing and exchange of high-quality educational resources,and promoted the innovation and development of the"research institute+group school"school-running model of collectivized school-running,and effectively responded to the practical challenges of the group-based school-running model.
