摘  要:整体观是一种从总体上直观地把握世界的思维方式。基于问题的教学法(PBL)是指在教师的参与下,以学生为主体、以问题为基础,采用小组讨论等形式研究、学习某个专题或具体病例的诊治等的过程。中医体质学属于基础理论与临床应用、传统医学与现代相关学科紧密结合的新兴交叉学科,应用整体观视域下基于现场的教学法(FBL)+立体教学模式,能够在一定程度上避免现有医学教育课程体系割裂医学整体性的弊端,有助于提升中医体质学教学质量。The holistic view is a way of thinking to grasp the world intuitively on the whole.PBL teaching method is a learning process based on problems,with students as the main body,group discussion and the diagnosis and treatment of a specific medical topic or case with the participation of tutors.Constitution of traditional Chinese medicine is an emerging interdisciplinary subject with the close combination of basic theory and clinical application,traditional medicine and modern related discipline.FBL and three-dimensional teaching mode in the overall perspective can avoid the disadvantages of the existing medical education curriculum system separating the integrity of medicine to some extent,and help to improve the teaching quality.
