摘  要:目的探讨并验证王庆甫教授提出的模块化临床技能实训在中医骨伤实践教学中的作用。方法选取2020年9月1日—2021年9月1日在北京中医药大学第三临床医学院参加中医骨伤课程学习的中医本科班、针灸康复班、港澳台班共268名学生,利用随机数字表法将学生分为实验组和对照组,各134名。两组均在大学接受相同的基础理论课程教育,对照组参加常规实习,实验组参加模块化实训课程。记录两组学生实操成绩以及理论成绩并进行统计分析,观察两组间差异。结果实验组学生实操成绩为(87.38±1.46)分,理论成绩为(85.48±1.52)分,总成绩为(86.43±1.07)分;对照组学生成绩分别为(83.91±2.38)分、(84.09±0.94)分、(84.00±1.32)分。实验组学生实操成绩、理论成绩、总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用模块化实训课程模式教学对提高学生实操能力有明显效果,同时能更好地促进学生对理论知识的消化吸收。模块化临床技能实训可为今后培养骨伤科人才提供一定参考。Objective To explore the importance of modular clinical skills training in orthopedics and traumatology in the teaching of orthopedic injuries in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 268 students from the undergraduate class,acupuncture reha-bilitation class,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan classes of Chinese medicine who attended the course of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine from September 1,2020 to September 1,2021 were enrolled.Students were randomly divided into ex-perimental group(n=134)and control group(n=134)using the random number table method.Both groups of students were taught by the same teacher.Both groups were educated in the same basic theoretical courses at the university,the control group participated in regular internships,and the experimental group participated in modular practical training courses.The practical and theoretical scores of the students in the two groups were recorded and statistically analyzed to observe the differences between the two groups.Results The results of the experimental group were(87.38±1.46),(85.48±1.52)and(86.43±1.07)respectively.The scores of the control group were(83.91±2.38)points,(84.09±0.94)points and(84.00±1.32)points respectively.The practical,theoretical and total scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The modular practical training course mode has obvious effect on improving students’practical ability,and can better promote stu-dents’digestion and absorption of theoretical knowledge.The modular clinical skills training of orthopedics and traumatology provides a certain reference for the future training of orthopedic and traumatology talents.
