摘  要:目的探讨案例教学法(Case-based learning,CBL)联合标准化病人(Standardized patients,SP)的双轨教学法在针灸推拿(以下简称“针推”)临床技能培训中的作用。方法将2019年—2022年南方医科大学中西医结合医院针推康复科的住院医师200名作为研究对象,按照来院先后顺序分为对照组(2019级、2020级,传统教学法)、实验组(2021级、2022级,CBL联合SP双轨教学法),各100名。分析两组出科成绩、年度考核成绩和自我满意度评价。结果实验组出科笔试成绩、出科操作成绩、年度考核针推技能操作成绩、年度考核总成绩和自我满意度评价均高于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论CBL联合SP双轨教学法能够充分调动住院医师学习积极性,提高其自主学习能力,加强临床思维培养,教学效果优于传统教学法。Objective To explore the role of case-based learning(CBL)and standardized patients(SP)in the clinical skills training of acupuncture and massage.Methods A total of 200 resident physicians in Southern Medical University Hospital of Integrated Tradi-tional Chinese and Western Medicine of from 2019 to 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(Grade 2019,Grade 2020,traditional teaching method)and the experimental group(Grade 2021,Grade 2022,CBL combined with SP dual-track teaching method)according to the order of admission,with 100 in each group.The results,annual assessment re-sults and self-satisfaction evaluation of the two groups were analyzed.Results The scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group in exam written test,exam operation,annual assessment of needle pushing skills operation,annual assess-ment total scores and self-satisfaction evaluation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion CBL com-bined with SP dual-track teaching method can fully mobilize the learning enthusiasm of residents,improve their independent learning ability,strengthen the training of clinical thinking,and the teaching effect is better than the traditional teaching method.
