摘 要:目的通过比较在针灸学治疗部分课程中分别采用传统教学法和案例教学法进行施教的学生成绩,对基于案例库共享平台的案例教学法进行初步评估。方法将2021级康复治疗学专业学生设为对照组,2022级康复治疗学专业学生设为实验组,分别采用两种教学方法,比较两组教学效果和教学满意度。结果实验组学生期末卷面成绩、小组汇报成绩以及教学满意度均高于对照组。结论应用案例库共享平台的案例教学法弥补了传统教学的不足,提高了学生对病例的分析能力,并促进学生将所学的知识系统化,逐步建立起较为完整的临床辨证论治思维,为其日后的临床诊疗奠定坚实的理论及临床技能基础。Objective To conduct a preliminary evaluation of the case-based teaching method based on a case database sharing plat-form by comparing the academic performance of students taught using traditional or case-based teaching methods in the Acupuncture course.Methods The Grade 2021 cohort of students majoring in rehabilitation therapy was set as the control group,while the Grade 2022 cohort was designated as the experimental group,with two teaching methods respectively.The learning effect and satisfaction of the students in the two groups was compared.Results The experimental group students achieved higher scores in their final exams,group presentations,and course satisfaction compared to the control group.Conclusion The application of the case-based teaching method using the case database sharing platform addressed the shortcomings of traditional teaching,enhanced students’ability to ana-lyze a case,and promoted the systematic integration of knowledge,gradually establishing a more comprehensive clinical thinking pro-cess,thereby laying a solid theoretical and clinical skill foundation for future clinical practice.
