摘　　要：“互联网+教育”是建立在建构主义理论基础之上,以学生为中心,强调学生对知识的主动探索、主动发现的教学模式。通过传统教学模式向“互联网+教育”模式转变,提升英语写作教学质量,将全面推动英语教学模式的改革与创新,极大地提升教学效率。这一变革有助于激发乡村小学生的英语学习潜能,使他们在语言综合运用能力和交际能力上实现显著提升,进而增强整体的英语应用能力。"Internet plus education"is a student-centered teaching model based on constructivism theory,emphasizing students'active exploration and discovery of knowledge.Through the transformation of traditional teaching mode to"Internet plus education"mode,improving the quality of English writing teaching will comprehensively promote the reform and innovation of English teaching mode and greatly enhance teaching efficiency.This reform helps to stimulate the English learning potential of rural primary school students,so that they can achieve significant improvement in language comprehensive application ability and communication ability,and then consolidate the overall English application ability.
