摘　　要：数字化生态下高职院校管理与服务呈现出了新的特点,通过分析高职院校数字化转型赋能管理与服务存在的各类问题,研究创新对策,打通束缚新质生产力发展的堵点卡点,提高高职院校管理与服务水平。The management and service in higher vocational colleges shows new characteristics under the new ecology of digitization.By analyzing various problems existing in the management and service in higher vocational colleges empowered by digital transformation,the paper studies and innovates countermeasures to remove the bottlenecks that hinder the development of new productive forces and improve the level of management and service in higher vocational colleges.
