摘  要:本文基于网格变形技术分析了M01车型后背门外CAS(初步造型面)有限元刚度变化情况。应用MeshWorks软件将已有旧车型后背门有限元模型进行网格变形,准确获得后背门外CAS有限元模型。分别计算变形前后后背门弯曲刚度和侧向刚度,分析刚度变化原因,得到使用MeshWorks软件可以基于已有网格快速建立新有限元模型和后背门整体弯曲度减小会造成弯曲刚度明显降低的结论。This paper analyzes the finite element stiffness variation of the rear door outer CAS(preliminary modeling surface)of the M01 model based on grid deformation technology.The existing finite element model of the rear door of the old model is deformed using the MeshWorks software to accurately obtain the finite element model of the rear door outer CAS.The bending stiffness and lateral stiffness of the rear door before and after deformation are calculated respectively,the reasons for the stiffness change are analyzed,and the conclusion is drawn that using MeshWorks software can quickly establish a new finite element model based on the existing grid,and the overall bending degree of the rear door will decrease,which will significantly reduce the bending stiffness.
