摘 要:已有研究采用受害者视角探讨剥削型领导对被剥削员工的影响,鲜有研究从旁观者视角探索剥削型领导对剥削者和被剥削者之外的第三方(旁观者)产生的影响。基于道义公正理论,本研究从旁观者视角探索剥削型领导对下属剥削行为如何和何时诱发旁观者网络揭发行为。采用网络问卷调查法,收集两阶段223份员工数据,使用结构方程模型分析数据。结果发现:剥削型领导招致旁观者网络揭发行为;道义不公正在剥削型领导与旁观者网络揭发行为之间起中介作用;感知关怀型伦理气氛正向调节剥削型领导对旁观者道义不公正的影响,增强剥削型领导通过旁观者道义不公正对旁观者网络揭发行为的间接效应。Prior studies have investigated the impact of exploitative leadership on exploited employees from the perspective of victim,while few studies have explored the impact of exploitative leadership on bystanders from the perspective of bystander.Based on the deontic justice theory,this study explores how and when witnessing exploitative behaviors of exploitative leaders to subordinates induces bystander virtual whistle-blowing from a bystander perspective.Online survey was used to collect 223 data in two waves,and the structural equation model was used to analyze the data.The results show that exploitative leadership leads to bystander virtual whistleblowing.Deontic injustice mediates the relationship between exploitative leadership and bystander virtual whistleblowing.Moreover,perceived caring ethical climate positively moderates the relationship between exploitative leadership and bystander deontic injustice,and enhances the indirect effect of exploitative leadership on bystander virtual whistle-blowing through deontic injustice.
