摘　　要：该文深入探讨了高等职业教育中团队辅导对学生职业技能提升和心理健康维护的双重影响。通过理论分析与实践案例的综合评述,揭示了团队辅导在培养学生职业素养、提高职业技能应用、增强职业适应性、促进社交技能发展以及增强自信心与自我效能感等方面的积极作用。研究发现,团队辅导不仅显著提升了学生的职业技能和团队协作能力,而且有效缓解了学习压力,促进了学生心理健康。此外,团队辅导模式还为学生提供了一个支持性的社交环境,有助于增强学生的团队归属感和社交技能,为其未来的职业生涯和适应社会提供了坚实基础。This article deeply explores the dual impact of group counseling in higher vocational education on the improvement of students’vocational skills and the maintenance of their mental health.Through a comprehensive review of theoretical analysis and practical cases,it is revealed that group counseling plays a positive role in cultivating students’professional literacy,improving the application of vocational skills,enhancing career adaptability,promoting the development of social skills,and enhancing self-confidence and self-efficacy.Research has found that group counseling not only significantly improves students’vocational skills and teamwork ability,but also effectively relieves learning pressure and promotes the positive development of students’mental health.In addition,the group counseling model also provides students with a supportive social environment,which helps to enhance students’sense of team belonging and social skills,thus providing a solid foundation for their future careers and social adaptation.
