基于OBE理念的师范院校生物信息学课程考核方法改革与实践

摘　　要：师范类专业认证工作强调学生中心,以师范生的学习效果为导向,对照师范毕业生核心能力素质要求,全方位评价师范类专业人才培养质量。生物信息学课程具有多学科交叉和实践操作性强的特点,探索对学生进行全面评价的课程考核方法是课程建设和人才培养评价的重点和难点。该文详细阐述了河北师范大学一流课程生物信息学课程科学合理的考核方法,该方法全面评价学生的知识获得效果、技能掌握情况及学生本身的综合素养,为同类院校的相关课程考核方法的制定提供参考。It is emphasized in the Professional Programmatic Accreditation of Teacher Education(PPATE)that the evaluation for the quality of talent cultivation should be comprehensive,student-centered,and learning outcome-guided.The core competency requirements of teacher education graduates were used as reference.Bioinformatics is interdisciplinary and possesses strong practical operability.A comprehensive assessment method exploration is the focus and difficulty for course construction and talent cultivation evaluation.Present study provides a scientific and reasonable assessment method for"Bioinformatics"of Hebei Normal University.Knowledge acquisition,skill mastery,and comprehensive quality of students can be comprehensively evaluated using this method.We provide a reference for relevant courses assessment methods development in other universities.
