摘　　要：课程思政教育是指高校思想政治教育融入课程教学和改革的各环节、各方面,是把“立德树人”作为教育的根本任务的一种综合教育理念。理论力学作为工科高等学校一门重要的技术基础课,是各门力学课程的基础,在许多工程技术领域中有着广泛的应用。为充分利用理论力学的课程特色和优势,挖掘课程中蕴含的思政元素,该文立足于《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》,对理论力学每一章的课程内容进行思政元素挖掘,为思政教育与教学目标相结合做教学设计与实践。Course ideological and political education refers to the integration of ideological and political education into various aspects of course teaching and reform in universities.It is a comprehensive educational concept that regards"cultivating morality and nurturing talents"as the fundamental task of education.Theoretical Mechanics,as an important technical foundation course in engineering colleges and universities,is the foundation of various mechanics courses and has a wide range of applications in many engineering and technical fields.In order to fully utilize the characteristics and advantages of theoretical mechanics courses and explore the ideological and political elements contained in the curriculum,based on Guidelines for the Construction of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Education Curriculum,this article explores the ideological and political elements in each chapter of the course content of Theoretical Mechanics.It has made teaching design and practice for the integration of ideological and political education with teaching objectives.
