英国伦敦国王学院助产实践教学对我国助产专业教育的启示

摘　　要：分析英国助产专业人才培养模式,基于学校与英国伦敦国王学院合作项目,介绍英国伦敦国王学院佛罗伦斯·南丁格尔护理、助产与临终关怀学院Basis of Midwifery Practice课程教学目标、学时、模块及各模块内容、课程评价等。分析我国助产专业教育可参考和借鉴的教学理念,更新教学内容,搭建虚拟仿真平台,加强院校合作,优化师资队伍,重视评价方式,紧跟临床助产人才需求,创造虚实学习环境,采用协同育人手段,重视学生核心素养和综合能力提高,培养高素质复合型助产人才。Analyzing the personnel cultivation model of midwifery in the UK based on the cooperation project between Chinese colleges and King′s College London to introduce the teaching objectives,hours,modules,content of each module,and course evaluation of the Basis of Midwifery Practice course at the Florence Nightingale School of Nursing,Midwifery and Palliative Care at King′s College London.Analyzing the teaching concepts that can be referenced and borrowed from midwifery education in China to update teaching content,build virtual simulation platforms,strengthen cooperation between hospitals and universities,optimize the teaching staff,attach importance to evaluation methods,keep up with the needs of clinical midwifery personnel,create virtual and real learning environments,adopt collaborative education methods,attach importance to improving students′core literacy and comprehensive abilities,and cultivate high-quality composite midwifery personnel.
