摘　　要：通过总结分析黔南民族医学高等专科学校在赛教融合中的经验与教训,探讨实现赛教融合、以赛促教的路径,旨在促进医学教育创新发展,提升医学人才培养质量,为基层医疗卫生机构输送更多优秀人才。To explore the path to achieve the integration between competition and teaching,and to promote the innovative development of medical education through competition by summarizing and analyzing the experiences and lessons learned from the integration of competition and teaching at Qiannan Medical College for Nationalities.The aim is to enhance the quality of medical personnel training and to supply more outstanding personnel to grassroots medical and health institutions.
