摘 要:目的探讨融入人文素养训练的虚拟仿真系统在基础护理学实训教学中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样法选取2021—2022级大专护理专业学生为研究对象,2022级学生为试验组,2021级学生为对照组。一学期结束后发放问卷调查两组学生学习投入度及人文关怀能力等。结果试验组操作技能成绩、学习投入度、人文关怀能力明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组对虚拟仿真教学的评价较好。结论将融入人文素养训练的虚拟仿真系统应用于基础护理实训教学中可推动教学改革,提升学生人文关怀能力,增强教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of a virtual simulation system integrating humanistic literacy training in basic nursing training teaching.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select Grade 2021 and Grade 2022 nursing students from college as the research subjects,Grade 2022 students as the experimental group and Grade 2021 students as the control group.At the end of a semester,a questionnaire survey was conducted on students′learning engagement and humanistic care abilities in two groups.Results The experimental group showed significantly better performance in operational skills,learning engagement,and humanistic care ability than the control group(P<0.05),and the experimental group got better evaluation of virtual simulation teaching.Conclusion The application of virtual simulation systems integrated with humanistic literacy training in basic nursing training can promote teaching reform,enhance students′humanistic care abilities,and improve teaching effectiveness.
