摘　　要：随着医学模式的转变,护理工作也逐渐转向以病人为中心的整体性护理模式,护士心理素质对临床护理工作质量的影响愈来愈大。护士除了要具备良好的政治素质和身体素质,还应有良好的心理素质,护士的心理素质水平直接影响病人的心理活动和护理质量,要用良好的健康的心理素质帮助患者增强战胜疾病的信心,促使病人形成有利于治疗的最佳心理状态。With the transformation of medical models,nursing work has gradually shifted towards a patient-centered holistic nursing model,and the impact of nurse psychological quality on the quality of clinical nursing work is becoming increasingly significant.In addition to possessing good political and physical qualities,nurses should also have good psychological qualities.The level of psychological qualities of nurses directly affects the psychological activities and nursing quality of patients.Using good and healthy psychological qualities helps patients enhance their confidence in overcoming diseases and promote the formation of the best psychological state conducive to treatment.
