摘 要:本研究采用平皿计数法、酶底物法和Easy Disc法3种不同的菌落总数测定方法对有证质控样品、阴性样品及不同细菌浓度的实际样品进行检测。对比结果表明,3种检测方法均能准确检测有证质控样品。通过对比实际样品及阴性样品的检测结果发现,酶底物法和Easy Disc法相较于传统的平皿计数法,在检测菌落总数时具有准确度更高、操作更简便、稳定性好等优势,抗环境因素干扰更强,检测适用性更广,更适合多数条件受限的实验室进行菌落总数的测定。In this study,three different methods were used to determine the total number of colonies,including plate counting method,enzyme substrate method and EasyDisc method,to detect certified quality control samples,negative samples and actual samples with different bacterial concentrations.The comparison results show that all the three methods can accurately detect certified quality control samples.By comparing the test results of actual samples and negative samples,it was found that compared with the traditional plate counting method,the enzyme substrate method and the EasyDisc method had the advantages of higher accuracy,simpler operation and better stability in the detection of the total number of colonies,stronger resistance to environmental factors,wider detection applicability,and more suitable for the determination of the total number of colonies in most laboratories with limited conditions.
