摘  要:随着全球服装业的快速发展,企业对高素质人才的需求日益增加。基于此,文章探讨了订单班在服装业人才培养中的创新与实践,具体表现为校企联合制定培养计划、企业专家参与教学、学生实习与企业实践结合、校企合作研发新技术。同时,文章分析了订单班在实施过程中遇到的问题,并据此提出加强校企合作机制、提高学生的参与度、优化课程设置与教学方法等相应的解决对策,旨在为服装业人才培养提供新的思路,促进校企合作的进一步发展。With the rapid advancement of the global fashion industry,the demand for highly qualified talent has surged.In light of this,the article explores the innovations and practices of order classes in cultivating talent within the fashion sector.This is manifested through collaborative curriculum development between schools and enterprises,the involvement of industry experts in teaching,the integration of student internships with corporate experience,and joint research and development of new technologies.Furthermore,the article analyzes the challenges encountered during the implementation of order classes and proposes corresponding solutions,such as strengthening school-enterprise collaboration mechanisms,enhancing student engagement,and optimizing course structures and teaching methodologies.The objective is to provide fresh perspectives for talent development in the fashion industry and to promote further advancement in school-enterprise partnerships.
