思政育人视角下民办高校班导师工作探索——以沈阳城市建设学院建筑学专业为例

摘  要:我国高校引入导师制始于20世纪30年代,目前已经在我国高校研究生和本科生教育阶段普遍应用,且班导师队伍在本科生教育阶段发挥着十分重要的作用。以建筑类特色民办院校沈阳城市建设学院建筑学专业本科教育为切入点,采用问卷调查法,在思政育人视角下从专业学习、学风建设、职业成长三个维度来探索班导师教育工作模式和学生专业培养方案,提出班导师教育工作模式的若干建议与思考。The introduction of the tutorial system in Chinese universities began in the 1930s and has now been widely applied in both graduate and undergraduate education in China.The team of class advisors plays a crucial role in undergraduate education.Taking the undergraduate education of the Architecture major at Shenyang Urban Construction University,a private university with a focus on architecture,as the starting point,this paper adopts a questionnaire survey method to explore the working mode of class advisors'education and students'professional training programs from three dimensions:professional learning,academic atmosphere construction,and career development,all from the perspective of ideological and political education.Several suggestions and reflections on the working mode of class advisors'education are proposed.
