摘 要:我国于1999年进入老龄化社会。伴随老龄化的到来,老年教育引起了全社会的高度关注,但也有不同的看法。老年教育是老年人发展的需要,是经济社会发展的需要,是终身教育的重要组成部分。要办好老年教育,必须加强老年教育理论研究。一是加强老年教育和老年教育学的研究,提高对老年教育学的必要性和重要性的认识。二是要加强对老年学员身心特点研究,克服“消极老年观”,树立“积极老年观”,从老年人的身心特点出发实施老年教育。三是要加强对老年教育教师队伍建设的研究,建立一支适应老年教育的教师队伍。四是要加强老年教育教学工作研究,要发挥老年学员的学习自主性、主动性,实施课堂教学法、实践教学法、自主教学法。五是要加强对老年教育基础理论研究,用新的理论、理念,指导引领老年教育的发展。China entered an aging society in 1999.With the advent of aging,elderly education has attracted great attention,but there are also different views.Elderly education is the need of the development of the elderly,the need of economic and social development,and an important part of lifelong education.To run the elderly education well,it is necessary to strengthen the theoretical research on elderly education.The first is to strengthen the research of elderly education and educational gerontolgy,and establish the necessity and importance of establishing educational gerontolgy.The second is to strengthen the study of the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly learners,overcome the“negative view of the elderly”,establish the“positive view of the elderly”,and implement the elderly education from the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly.The third is to strengthen the research on the construction of the teaching staff of the elderly education and establish a teaching staff who adapt to the elderly education.The fourth is to strengthen the research of education and teaching for the elderly,give full play to the learning autonomy and initiative of the elderly learners,and implement classroom teaching methods,practical teaching methods and independent teaching methods.The fifth is to strengthen the basic theoretical research on elderly education,and guide the development of elderly education with using new theories and concepts.
