摘　　要：作为终身教育的重要组成部分,专业技术人员继续教育对于新时代国家建设和发展至关重要。目前,由于专业技术人员继续教育存在学习者学习内生动力不足、学习资源质量亟待提高、从业人员服务水平参差不齐等问题,一定程度上阻碍了其高质量推进。借鉴全面质量管理(TQM)理论中五个影响质量的主要因素,通过加强相关人员能力水平、提供多元化的学习方式、提升学习资源质量、重视学习质量评价和营造积极学习环境等,探索专业技术人员继续教育的有效提升路径。Continuing education for professional and technical personnel,as an important part of lifelong education,is crucial to national construction and development in the new era.At present,due to the lack of endogenous motivation in learners’learning,the urgent need to improve the quality of learning resources,and the uneven service level of practitioners,continuing education for professional and technical personnel has hindered its high-quality promotion to a certain extent.Based on the five main factors affecting quality in the theory of total quality management(TQM),this paper proposes to explore the effective improvement path of continuing education for professional and technical personnel by strengthening the ability level of relevant personnel,providing the diversified learning styles,improving the quality of learning resources,attaching importance to the evaluation of learning quality and creating the positive learning environment.
