神针2024中国高职院校科研与社会服务竞争力评价研究报告——基于实力评价和增值评价的双重视角

摘  要:科研与社会服务是高职院校的重要职能,加强对高职院校科研与社会服务发展状况的科学评价,是进一步推动高职教育发展的重要前提和基础。为了持续收集和深入分析高职院校群体在科研与社会服务方面的现状和发展状况,神针评价研究团队在前3年开展的中国高职院校科研与社会服务竞争力评价研究工作基础上,在2024年继续就全国高职院校的科研与社会服务竞争力发展态势进行科学评价。此次评价,在原来发布的“侧重于鉴定功能的实力与水平评价排行榜”基础上,新增加了“基于发展视角和改进功能的增值评价排行榜”。实力评价和增值评价的双重视角有利于对学校提供更为公平的观察。Scientific research and social service are important functions of higher vocational colleges.Strengthening the scientific evaluation of the development of scientific research and social service in higher vocational colleges is an important premise and foundation for further promoting the development of higher vocational education.In order to continuously collect and analyze the current situation and development status of vocational colleges in scientific research and social services,the Shenzhen Evaluation Research Team will continue to conduct scientific evaluations of the development trend of scientific research and social service competitiveness of vocational colleges nationwide in 2024 based on the research on the competitiveness evaluation of scientific research and social services of vocational colleges in China conducted in the past three years.In this evaluation,on the basis of the previously released"strength and level evaluation rankings focusing on identification functions",a new"value-added evaluation rankings based on development perspectives and improved functions"has been added.The investigation based on the dual perspectives of"result evaluation"and"value-added evaluation"is conducive to a fairer observation of schools.
