摘　　要：在高职外语人才培养工作中,合理化地渗透劳动教育能提升外语人才的劳动素养、劳动技能,提高高职外语人才综合素质和职业胜任力。本文从开展高职外语人才培养工作入手,对劳动教育的渗透进行了系统的探究,提出了基于劳动教育改革外语人才培养工作的策略,希望能凸显劳动教育的支撑作用,全面提高高职外语人才培养成效。In the cultivation of foreign language talents in higher vocational colleges,rational infiltration of labor education can improve the labor literacy and labor skills of foreign language talents,and cultivate the comprehensive quality and professional competency of foreign language talents in higher vocational colleges.From the development of foreign language talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,this paper systematically explores the infiltration of labor education,and proposes strategies to reform foreign language talent cultivation based on labor education,hoping to highlight the supporting role of labor education and comprehensively improve the foreign language talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
