构建生涯发展学、思、悟、行混合式教学体系——以沈阳职业技术学院工商管理学院职业生涯规划课程为例

摘　　要：为深化教育改革、落实立德树人的重要使命,职业生涯规划课程也应与时俱进,向内涵式发展转变,注重课程实效。本文通过对沈阳职业技术学院新商科专业职业生涯规划课程存在的问题及背景分析,提出该课程课堂革命的主要目标及改革思路,阐述了课堂革命的实施过程与成效成果,提出了反思与改进方法,为同类别、同水平院校课程改革提供参考与借鉴。To deepen the education reform and implement the important mission of morality education,the course of career planning should also advance with the times,change to the connotation type development,and attach importance to the actual effect.Based on the analysis of the problems and background of career planning course for the new business major in our college,this paper puts forward the main objectives and reform ideas of the course,expounds the implementation process and achievements of the classroom revolution,and proposes methods for reflection and improvement,so as to provide reference for the curriculum reform for colleges and universities of the same type and level.
