摘  要:目的:验证本实验室定量测定乳粉中大肠菌群的能力和数据结果的可靠性。方法:采用国标平板计数法和大肠菌群测试片法同时对乳粉NIFDC-PD-435中大肠菌群进行定量测定。结果:按照作业指导书中规定的国标方法上报能力验证结果,样品编号TF0039大肠菌群结果报告为13000 CFU·g^(-1),Z值为+0.456;样品编号TF0040大肠菌群结果报告为4800 CFU·g^(-1),Z值为0.000。2份样品测试结果均为满意。结论:通过2种方法同步进行验证,可提升检验人员检测水平和检测结果的可信度。Objective:To verify the quantitative determination ability of the coliform bacteria and the reliability of data results in our laboratory.Method:The coliform bacteria in milk powder NIFDC-PD-435 was quantitatively determined by method of plate counting in national standard and coliform test tablet.Result:The results of this proficiency test were reported according to the national standard method specified in the operation instructions,and coliforms colony count of sample TF0039 was reported as 13000 CFU·g^(-1) with a Z value+0.456 while sample TF0040 was reported as 4800 CFU·g^(-1) with a Z value 0.000.The testing results of both samples were satisfactory.Conclusion:The simultaneous verification of the two methods can improve the detection level of the inspectors and the credibility of the test results.
