摘 要:产学协同育人模式因其能结合企业、学校双方的优势而得到了地方政府和很多高校的支持,在国内外的应用也非常普及。在产学协同育人背景下,市场对具有“一专多能”的复合型外语人才的需求日益提高,为了针对性地适应社会需求,笔者调查分析了高校外语专业学生口译课程现状,发现小部分高校的口译教学仍存在以下问题:人才培养方案不完善和课程设置不合理、学习模式缺乏多样化、理论未能很好地应用于实践、师资队伍中口译专业教师数量较少。为了解决以上问题,笔者提出了在产学研合作模式下,完善口译人才培养模式的对策,即依据地方需求完善人才培养方案,合理设置课程;以“学生中心”理念为导向,构建多元教学模式与学习模式;建立产学协同育人人才培养基地;加强师资队伍建设并鼓励教师考证参赛。The collaborative cultivation mode between industry and school,which combines the advantages of both enterprises and schools,has received support from local governments and many universities,and its application is also very popular both domestically and internationally.Under this background,the demand for interdisciplinary foreign language talents with“one specialty and multiple abilities”is increasing in the market.The authors analyze the current situation of interpreting courses for foreign language majors in universities and find that there are still problems in some universities,which are as follows:incomplete talent training programs and unreasonable curriculum settings,single learning modes,disconnection between theory and practice,and inadequate number of interpreting teachers.In order to solve the above problems,the authors propose countermeasures to improve the training mode of interpreting talents under the background of collaborative cultivation of industry and school,namely,to improve the talent training plan based on the need of local industry and set up courses reasonably;to construct diverse teaching and learning models guided by the“student-centered”concept;to establish a talent training base for collaborative education of industry and school;to strengthen the construction of teaching staff and encourage the teachers to take part in competitions and get translation professional qualification certificate.
