摘  要:建设高质量职业教育体系、培养高层次职业教育人才、建设人才高地是新时代国家人才战略的重要内容。“三二分段”专升本协同育人项目采取高职院校、本科院校协同育人模式,克服传统职业教育和普通专升本的弊端,搭建高素质职业人才培养“立交桥”。在实施过程中,构建高职院校、本科院校有效协同的“H型”教学管理模式。通过师资互聘建设专兼结合的教师队伍,深化教研教改和校企合作,开展“校—校—企”三方协同育人,实现合作各方与学生共赢的良好局面。The construction of high-quality vocational education system,the training of high-level vocational education talents and the construction of talent highland are important contents of the national talent strategy in the new era.The"Three Years plus Two Years"cooperative education project adopts the cooperative education model of higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges,overcomes the disadvantages of traditional vocational education and ordinary vocational education upgrading to undergraduate education,and builds a"flyover"of high-quality professional personnel training.In the process of implementation,the"H-type"teaching management model of effective coordination between higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges should be built,Through the mutual employment of teachers,it is aimed to build professional and combined teachers,deepen teaching research,teaching reform and school-enterprise cooperation,and carry out the"vocational schoolundergraduate collegeenterprise"tripartite cooperation,so as to achieve a win-win situation between all parties and students.
