摘 要:当前新课标在高职英语教师发展中的实践研究缺失,但这是新课标和教师正向互动中最亟待解决的问题。本课题以新课标的颁布为背景,通过研究参加教师教学能力大赛的个体成员,发现参赛可充分激励个体教师综合运用新课标中提出的教师发展的六大途径:深入学习新的政策与文件、积极参加针对性较强的培训和课题、强化自身英语语言能力、更新和创新教学模式、充分运用信息化手段、团队合作拓展专业和职场领域。通过这六大途径,教师在比赛中取得较好成绩,自身实现从任务关注型教师向自我更新型教师的转变。At present,the practical research on the new curriculum standards for the development of higher vocational English teachers is lacking,but this is one of the most urgent problems.This project studies the individual member who participate in the teaching ability competition,and finds that through the competition,individual teacher can be fully motivated to comprehensively use the six major ways of teacher development proposed in the new curriculum standard:indepth study of new policies and documents,active participation in highly targeted training and topics,strengthening their English language ability,updating and innovating teaching models,making full use of information technology,and teamwork to expand professional and workplace fields.Through these six major ways,teachers can achieve good results in the competition and realize the transformation from task-oriented teachers to self-renewal teachers.
