民办高职院校课程内部质量保证体系建设研究

摘　　要：在民办高职院校教学中,课程内部质量保证体系的建设可以让教师加强教学设计和教学方法的创新,提高课程教学的质量和效果。文章总结了课程内部质量保证体系建设中存在的不重视课程内部质量保证体系的建设、教学质量保证机构不完善、教学资源不足、缺乏连续性的执行力等问题,并提出了加大人员对体系建设的重视程度;构建以大学章程为核心的教学质量保证机构;丰富教学资源;实施分类分层教学,确保体系具有连续执行力等解决方法,以加强民办高职院校的教学水平。In private higher vocational colleges,the construction of an internal quality assurance system for courses can enable teachers to strengthen innovation in teaching design and methods,and improve the quality and effectiveness of course teaching.The paper summarizes the problems in the construction of the internal quality assurance system of the curriculum,such as neglecting the construction of the internal quality assurance system,imperfect teaching quality assurance institutions,insufficient teaching resources,and lack of continuous execution,and proposes solutions such as increasing the importance of personnel on the construction of the system;establishing a teaching quality assurance institution centered on the university charter;enriching teaching resources;implementing classified and layered teaching to ensure the continuous execution of the system,so as to enhance the teaching level of private higher vocational colleges.
