高职院校职业素养教育实践路径研究

摘　　要：随着近年来职业教育改革的深入推进,社会、企业对于人才的需求不断提升,高职教育应紧跟时代的发展趋势进行教学改革。作为培养学生职业素质的重要方式,高职课程思政课程应加强教学改革,在教学中渗透职业教育理念,使学生树立清晰的职业理想并形成良好的职业行为习惯。基于此,文章对高职院校职业素养教育实践路径展开分析和研究,阐述了职业素养教育的内涵和价值,分析出职业素养教育融入高职思政课的重要性,探究出高职院校职业素养教育的实践成效,寻找高职院校职业素养教育的切入点,找到高职院校职业素养教育实践中存在的问题,在此基础上提出了高职院校职业素养教育的实践路径,以供参考。With the deepening of vocational education reform in recent years,the demand of society and enterprises for talents continues to increase,and higher vocational education should keep up with the development trend of the times to carry out teaching reform.As an important way to cultivate students'professional quality,the ideological and political courses of higher vocational courses should strengthen the teaching reform,infiltrate vocational education concepts in teaching,and make students establish clear career ideals and form good professional behavior habits.Based on this,this paper analyzes and researches the practice path of vocational literacy education in higher vocational colleges,expounds the connotation and value of vocational literacy education,analyzes the importance of integrating vocational literacy education into ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges,explores the practical effects of vocational literacy education in higher vocational colleges,and looks for the entry point of vocational literacy education.This paper finds out the problems existing in the practice of vocational literacy education in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the practice path of vocational literacy education in higher vocational colleges for reference.
