摘  要:本文针对高职营销专业人才培养问题进行研究,首先明确数字化背景下高职营销专业对人才的新要求,即拥有数字化采集、分析与应用能力,然后结合营销专业人才培养现状,剖析培养目标、课堂体系、培养模式等方面存在的问题,最后提出针对性的优化措施,力求通过实施“区别化”培养、健全专业课程体系、构建产学研合作平台等方式,使校企合作办学更加深入,培养出更多数字应用型专业人才。This paper focuses on the issue of talent cultivation in vocational marketing majors.Firstly,it clarifies the new requirements for talents in higher vocational marketing majors under the digital background,that is,possessing digital collection,analysis,and application capabilities.Then,based on the current situation of talent cultivation in marketing majors,it analyzes the problems in training objectives,classroom systems,and training models.Finally,targeted optimization measures are proposed,aiming to achieve"dfferentiated"cultivation.By improving the professional curriculum system and building an industry university research cooperation plaform,it is aimed to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises in running schools,and cultivate more digital applied professional talents.
