摘　　要：面向动车组检修技术、铁道车辆技术等轨道交通类专业实际需求,开发了CR400AF型复兴号动车组电气控制系统教学平台。依据人机界面布置、配电柜布局等运营车设计原则进行装置研制,可实现在地面一定空间区域内,以模块化形式模拟实车运行逻辑,设计继电器控制逻辑复现、线路故障排查、PLC数据通信、软件编程等教学实训项目,构建了校企共建共享教学装备的机制,为学生技术技能培养奠定了基础,为深度校企合作提供了可参考范式。Facing the practical needs of rail transit majors such as electric multiple unit(EMU)maintenance technology and railway vehi cle technology,a teaching platform for the electrical control system of model CR400AF Fuxing EMUs has been developed.Based on the man-machine interface layout,distribu tion cabinet layout and other operating vehi cle design principles,the device is developed to achieve the simulation of the actual vehicle operating logic in a modular form in a cer tain space area on the ground,teaching and training programs such as relay control logic reproduction,line troubleshooting,PLC data communication and software programming are designed,and a mechanism for college enterprise co-construction and sharing of the teaching equipment is established,which lays a foundation for the training of students’tech nical skills and provides a reference paradigm for deep college-enterprise cooperation.
