摘 要:近十几年来,国内MTI项目为翻译行业培养了大量专业人才,但国内外尚无研究调查MTI学员参与实习工作的幸福感并分析其成因,无法确切了解学员群体的真实工作状态。本研究以Warr的情感四象限模型和Veenhoven的生活质量框架为基础,设计了MTI实习学员职业幸福感问卷,并通过问卷星向国内17所大学的249位MTI学员发放问卷。研究使用R语言对问卷数据进行有序多元logistic回归分析,结果显示MTI学员的职业幸福感指数稍高于中点,对其影响比较显著的因素包含HAPA(高激活积极情感)、LANA(低激活负面情感)、工作环境、技能、价值和即时满足感等六项。进一步分析发现以上六方面存在的问题与MTI教学和翻译实习机构有关,未来应进行相应改进,提高MTI学员的职业幸福感,促使他们更加积极和坚定地投身到翻译职业中去。In the past decade,a large number of students of MTI graduated and entered the working market,however,no research has been carried out on the MTI interns'happiness at work and thus it is difficult to know their real working situation.In this study,a questionnaire,on the basis of four-quadrant affects model developed by Warr and the life quality framework developed by Veenhoven, was designed and sent through Sojump to MTI interns from17 universities in 9 cities in China. An Ordinal Multinomial Logistic Regression Analysis with R is carried out and theresults demonstrates that the average score of the happiness at work is a little above the center point, and the variableswith significant influence are HAPA ( low activated positive affects), LANA (low activated negative affects), workenvironment, skill, value and instant satisfaction. Further analysis reveals that the 6 variables mentioned above arerelated to the MTI training and translation agencies, thus corresponding improvement should be conducted to raiseMTI interns' happiness at work, and make them more active and loyal to the career.
