摘  要:立德树人是我国新时代教育的最强音。为进一步落实立德树人的根本任务,培养新时代高素质专业化教师队伍,则需要加强高职师范生职业素养与专业技能的融合培育,二者的融合培育具有政策、现实等多重逻辑。因此,为更好地提升高职师范生的职业素养与专业技能,应从推进人才培养模式的综合改革、促进第一、第二课堂融合发展、加强教育资源多元化共建共享等方面着手探究其应对策略,突出融合培育的“高”度、“力”度与“广”度,从而更好地贯彻落实立德树人的目标。Cultivating people by virtue is the strongest voice of Chinese education in the new era.In order to further implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivate high-quality professional teachers in the new era,it is necessary to strengthen the integration of professional quality and professional skills of higher vocational normal university students.The integration of the two cultivation has multiple logics,such as policy and reality.Therefore,to better improve vocational students’professional quality and professional skills,we should promote the comprehensive reform of talent training mode,promote the development,strengthen the education resources diversification and sharing to explore its coping strategy,highlight the fusion of"high","force"and"wide"degree,so as to better implement the goal.
