摘 要:教育数字化战略是教育创新的抓手,是教育创新发展的时代要求。在数智时代下,教师应具备利用数字技术优化、创新和变革教育教学活动的意识、能力和责任。文章认为,教师数字教学能力的提升,具有提高学生学习力、有效落实新课程理念、构建智慧课堂、赋能学校教育高质量发展等价值意蕴。然而,在教师数字教学能力提升的过程中,面临教师数字发展意识淡薄、参与数字化学习与培训的积极性较低、资源分配不均等困境。基于此,文章提出可通过健全数字资源配置保障体系,学校组织精准培训,教师主动强化数字化教学理念,进而切实提升教师的数字教学能力,持续推进教育变革和创新,为扩大优质教育资源覆盖面和教育现代化提供有效支撑。The digitalization of education is the lever of educational innovation and the requirement of the times.In the era of digital intelligence,teachers should foster the awareness,ability,and shoulder the responsibility to employ digital technology to optimize,transform and create new educational and teaching activities.It’s argued that the enhancement of teachers’digital teaching ability has value implications such as boosting students’learning ability,effectively implementing new curriculum concepts,building smart classrooms,and empowering high-quality development of school education.However,in this process,there are challenges such as weak digital awareness,low enthusiasm for participating in digital learning and training,and unbalanced distribution of resources.Based on this,the article proposes that only by perfecting the digital resource allocation system,organizing targeted training in schools,and teachers taking the initiative to strengthen digital awareness,can teachers enhance their digital teaching abilities,continuously promote educational reform and innovation,and provide support for expanding the coverage of highquality educational resources and modernizing education.
