摘　　要：文章探讨了医学教育尝试早期接触临床的培养方式对于提高医学生实践能力和医疗服务质量的重要性,并介绍了医学院校在实践中的探索和思考。目前传统的医学教育体系比较注重校内基础课程的讲解,而临床课程往往在学生掌握基础知识后才开始接触,这种模式容易导致学生对于不同学科所学知识之间的联系较为陌生,基础与临床衔接不紧密,知识的应用性和实践指导性相对缺乏。针对这一问题,文章提出了医学院校的实践探索,例如新生开学即派至医院参观学习、增开临床医学导论课程、开展临床模拟实验教学和整合课程等教学改革。呼吁广大医学院校建立有关早期接触临床的培养方案,这将有助于培养医学生的临床思维并提升他们的医疗实践能力和卫生服务质量。This article explores the importance of incorporating early clinical exposure into medical education to enhance medical students'practical skills and improve the quality of healthcare services.It introduces the exploration and reflections of medical schools in practice.Currently,the traditional medical education system focuses primarily on in-class foundational courses,with clinical courses typically introduced only after students have mastered basic knowledge.This approach can lead to a disconnection between the knowledge from different disciplines,insufficient integration of basic and clinical training,and a lack of practical application and guidance.To address this issue,the article presents the practical efforts of medical schools,such as organizing hospital visits for freshmen,offering introductory clinical medicine courses,implementing clinical simulation training,and integrating courses as part of curriculum reform.It calls on medical schools to establish training programs that incorporate early clinical exposure,as this will help cultivate clinical thinking in medical students and enhance their practical skills and the overall quality of healthcare services.
