摘 要:目的探讨基于数字骨科技术的翻转课堂在骨科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果和优势。方法将2020年1月—2021年12月在南京医科大学附属南京医院/南京市第一医院骨科参加骨科住院医师规范化培训的46名学员,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各23名。2组学员均接受相同的教学内容和考核标准,但采用不同的教学模式。试验组学员采用基于数字骨科技术的翻转课堂;对照组学员则按照传统的授课方式进行教学。比较2组学员在理论知识和临床技能方面的表现,并对2种教学模式进行满意度调查。结果试验组学员的理论考核成绩([87.9±2.1)分]高于对照组[(79.1±3.1)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组学员的临床技能考核成绩(88.4±2.1分)高于对照组(80.4±2.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,试验组学员对教学模式的满意度也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论基于数字骨科技术的翻转课堂在骨科住院医师规范化培训中具有明显优势,能够有效提高学员的综合素质和专业能力,增强学员的主动性和创新性,有助于提高教学质量和效果。Objective To explore the application effect and advantages of flipped classroom based on digital orthopaedic technology in standardized training of orthopaedic residents.Methods A total of 46 trainees who participated in the standardized training of orthopaedic residents at the orthopaedic department of Nanjing First Hospital Nanjing Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group,with 23 trainees in each group.Both groups of trainees received the same teaching content and assessment criteria,but different teaching modes were adopted.Trainees in the experimental group were taught with flipped classroom based on digital orthopaedic technology.In contrast,trainees in the control group were taught in accordance with the traditional teaching method.The performance of the two groups of trainees in theoretical knowledge and clinical skills were compared,and the satisfaction survey of the two teaching modes was conducted.Results The theoretical test scores of the test group[(87.9±2.1)points]were higher than those of the control group[(79.1±3.1)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The clinical skills scores of the experimental group[(88.4±2.1)points]were also higher than those of the control group[(80.4±2.5)points],with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).In addition,the satisfaction of the experimental group trainees with the teaching mode was also higher than that of the control group trainees,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The flipped classroom based on digital orthopaedic technology has obvious advantages in standardized training of orthopaedic residents,which can effectively improve the comprehensive quality and professional ability of trainees,enhance their initiative and innovation,and help to improve the teaching quality and effect.
